Venture Capital Firms Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Partech International Lead Investment in Revolutionary Software Technology Company

Replay Solutions, a provider of ground-breaking software development technology, announced today that it has completed a Series A financing round, led by Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Partech International. Replay Solutions’ technology was developed over the past three years by the founders, both senior software developers frustrated with current software development lifecycle solutions. Concurrent with the investment, Mark Gorenberg, managing director of Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, and Nicolas El Baze, general partner of Partech International, have joined Replay’s Board of Directors, which also includes the company’s two co-founders, Jonathan Lindo and Jeff Daudel.
Replay’s patent-pending technology provides VCR, or TiVo™-like recording and playback ability to any software application or server allowing software developers to quickly locate the root cause and efficiently eliminate defects.
