Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for all aspects during the sales cycle as well as helping to ensure customer satisfaction. As part of a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, this individual will be an essential part of the sales organization at Replay Solutions. This position will report into the VP of Sales. The responsibilities include:
- Responding to all leads and inquiries to replay Solutions within a given territory
- Cold calling / prospecting into the market to generate new business
- Qualifying new opportunities
- Forecasting and managing a pipeline
- Arranging customer presentations
- Involvement in Proof of Concepts / Evaluations
- Coordinating the proper resources for the technical aspects of the sales cycle
- Partnering with sales reps across the sales lifecycle in a team approach
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years experience working as an Inside Sales Representative, ideally for an ISV or software tool company (CA, BEA/Oracle, IBM WebSphere, BMC, HP, Symantec, etc.).
- Bachelors degree
- Possesses a high level understanding of application servers, JAVA concepts, operating systems, hardware platforms, and the application lifecycle.
- Must be able to present themselves in a professional manner and possess excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of selling software tool solutions and executing successful sales cycles to F2000 prospects
- Must have a working knowledge of SalesForce.com and Microsoft Office products
