Jonathan Lindo, CEO & Co-founder

Jonathan has spent his career in the software development industry. Starting with Nortel Networks in 1992, he continued his career as either a founder or early member of several start-up companies. During this time, these companies experienced market successes, an IPO, and acquisition.

Jonathan's research has resulted in seven patent filings for innovative technology including high-performance networking and P2P connectivity components. Jonathan studied Electrical Engineering at Carleton University.

Jeff Daudel, CTO & Co-founder

Jeff has great experience as a developer in the game industry, having worked on a number of titles such as 'Star Wars: Jedi Star Fighter'. Jeff began his career with SGI in their Advanced Graphics Division and went on to help lead the development of next generation online gaming technology with LucasArts, made famous by 'Star Wars'.

Jeff has been awarded a patent for innovative compilation techniques, and has been published by the Association of C/C++ Users. Jeff studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of California at Berkeley, and continued his studies at Stanford.

Shubhra Sinha, Sr. Vice President, Marketing

Shubhra is a 19 year software industry professional with a successful legacy of driving marketing and product strategy. Most recently, she was the Director of Product Marketing at HP Software for the industry leading SOA solutions Systinet, SOA Quality and Management. Before HP, she was at Mercury Interactive, with ownership of Mercury's IT Service Management solutions across seven different product centers.

Shubhra has presented extensively at industry forums and customer seminars as a key solution evangelist. She grew Mercury ITSM's market penetration and industry recognition from a brand new offering to a value differentiated solution with more than 200 new customers. She also brings extensive enterprise applications experience from her work at Deloitte Consulting, Siemens and CMC Limited. Shubhra holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, from Lucknow University, India.

Joseph Pynadath, Sr. Vice President, Global Field Operations

Joe comes to Replay Solutions with over 12 years of software and management experience, most recently as the Americas' Director of Sales for HP Software's Emerging Businesses. Under Joe's leadership, the team was responsible for helping HP to penetrate and grow in new strategic market areas such as IT Governance, Change Management, & SOA Lifecycle Management.

Prior to HP, Joe was at Mercury Interactive for several years, where he held a variety of different senior management roles. His most recent role during his tenure at Mercury was as the Director of Sales for its ITSM business. Joe helped transform Mercury into a significant player in this market, resulting in impressive growth as it became an $80 million business unit in less than 2 years. Before Mercury, Joe worked at Intel where he held a number of different management and engineering positions. Joe has a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.

James Talbot, Director of Engineering

Jim has over 20 years of engineering and management experience in Silicon Valley, ranging from enterprise software to mobile applications, and real-time operating system and game development. Jim's excels is in the areas of software engineering, computer architecture, project management, and developing technical organizations. He has been a key contributor in several startups that have gone public or been acquired, including Wind River Systems, Force Computers, Quokka Sports, and Moai Technologies.

Mr. Talbot has held director-level roles at 3DO and NVIDIA. And was the VP of Engineering at Moai Technologies managing multiple departments with a staff of over 50. Jim has a BS degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MS in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University, and has attended executive MBA courses at Stanford University.
